K.A.M. Specialties will continually improve its product acquisition and delivery processes through effective use of our quality management system to better satisfy the requirements of our customers by delivering on time-every time, defect-free conforming products.
This policy has been formulated by the General Manager of K.A.M. and approved by its board of directors. The policy is explained and discussed at the general orientation training given to existing and new employees. The policy is also posted in conspicuous locations throughout the company.
